Yes! Just let us know, and we’ll work with our local partners to make the necessary arrangements.

We work with all insurance companies. If you need insurance assistance, our friendly office team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have or arrange for assistance throughout your claims process.

What if I need a rental car?

We are more than happy to assist you with arranging a rental car with Enterprise Rent-A-Car® while your vehicle is in the shop.

How long will it take?

We understand how inconvenient it can be without access to your vehicle for everyday tasks. At Secaucus Auto Body, we want to get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Each repair process is different and there will be varying factors to consider in determining the length we will need your vehicle for repair. Rest assured knowing we will keep you updated every step of the way.

How do I pay you?

We want to make it easy for you. We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks and debit cards.

Do I have to use the auto body shop my insurance company tells me I have to?

Many insurance companies have a list of preferred vendors and will refer you to local auto collision repair shops they are accustomed to working with. However, by law, as a consumer “you have the right to choose the auto body shop you prefer” for all of your auto collision repair needs. This in no way will affect your insurance claim as your insurance company is obligated to restore your car or truck to its pre-accident condition regardless of who you choose to complete your repairs.

Can you match the paint color?

Secaucus Auto Body utilizes PPG automotive paint and refinishing products and constantly upgrades its technology and equipment to ensure that each vehicle’s finish matches.

When can I wash my car?

We recommend that you take a lot of precautions with your vehicle for the first 30 days after repair. If you are going to wash it, we recommend initially skipping the commercial car wash and washing it by hand with cool water and a very mild cleaning solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Let it air dry too!
